Seminars
Successful Cash Flow Management
will show you how to improve the bottom line
performance of your sign company through better
management of your cash flow. The primary
reason businesses fail is through not
understanding and adequately managing the cash
flow of the business. On Friday morning Tony
Busch, Priora Cash Flow Management, will discuss
some specific topics such as how to manage the
cash flow conversion cycle, how to manage a
working capital line of credit, and how to save
money by taking discounts, even if you need to
borrow to do so. We will learn break-even
terminology and how it benefits volume, pricing
and profits. And Tony will show you how
increased awareness of your company's numbers
will benefit your company's bottom line. You
will be able to budget to manage the actual
performance of your sign company. Tony can show
you how to manage your company's numbers and not
let them manage you.
During the working luncheon on Friday, you will
have the opportunity to participate in a
Roundtable Discussion - How To Meet With Your
Banker. This popular format allows you
to learn from the discussion leader and from
each other. You and your sign company
management peers will discuss what works. The
discussion will include what bankers look for
and how to prepare to meet with a banker. This
is your opportunity to ask questions of a
top-notch banker without the questions "staying
with you." Kit Stolen, Chief
Operating Officer of Salin Bank, Indianapolis,
will guide this informative session.
